Speed Limits on Avellino Isles Circle

You may have seen additional 20 MPH speed limit signs that have been installed in the neighborhood. We have had many complaints of excessive speeding at all areas of Avellino Isles Circle, putting our many residents that enjoy walking and residents that are walking their pets in possible danger. Please be aware of your speed and obey the 20 MPH speed limit and the 10 MPH speed limit at the curve at the southeast point on Avellino Isles Circle. We want to avoid any accidents at all costs, so we are asking for your help in obeying all speed limits. You may be motioned to slow your speed or motioned to stop to discuss your speed by members of our committee. Please help us in being neighborly and slowing your speed or take a minute to speak with a committee member if motioned for you to stop. Safety of all our residents is paramount and we again ask for your help.
